Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

Pack Your Artistry

Carefully place the products in their original boxes and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton, affixing the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

Receive Your Refund

Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
